How bots.observer works

A freeze, not a live feed.

1. We select public X posts that ask people what they want bots or AI agents to do.
2. We collect public replies through the official X API, then freeze the snapshot.
3. Similar replies are normalized into ideas. Similar ideas across completed watches are merged.
4. Already / hope / unclear are tags on an idea, not a ranking score and not demand.
5. Mentions are observed signals: not unique people, not validated market demand.
6. Only completed watches participate in Board aggregates. Incomplete watches stay on the Watches page.
7. We observe ideas, not people. We do not build individual profiles.
